WHAT NOT SO GREAT ABOUT PREMIUM BEAUTIFUL?

Wahhh the title....So far this blog has been about what so great about Premium beautiful..NOW let me enlighten u people what you might not know...

OK in my testimonials you can see that almost everybody loose weight and look great after wearing premium beautiful.  But to be honest you can actually gain back the lost weight!! I have gone back up to 62.4kg this morning! SAY WHAT?? eheheh almost 6kg in total since last year..

hah sudah...serious ke ni? YES ini serious.. TAPI biasalah..if you eat like nobody's business, any lost weight program/regime will surely FAIL too... Go to any slimming program like marie france, mayfair, pay thousands or tens thousands of RM not following RIGIDLY the program, see where you will end up at.

Exercising pun sama, exercise gegila and then stop...but continue eating like you are pregnant with twins..see what will happen to you.. So what I am trying to say here, everything has to be consistent..So bukanlah salah PREMIUM BEAUTIFUL that I have gained my weight back...

BUT THE BEAUTY of wearing PREMIUM BEAUTIFUL despite gaining weight is that I still have my figure and PLUS I KNOW I HAVE GAINED simply by the tightness of PB. Now assume that you do not have Premium beautiful, how can you control your weight gain??  Tau tau je dah naik sampai 10-15kg..tidakkah itu lebih payah???


My 62kg dulu mmg tak sama ngan 62kg skarang...In fact semalam I have told my friend that my weight now is back to 62.4kg...and their remark is that "tak nampak la DA kat mana yang naik???"...hihihiihii berat naik pun happy lagi boleh gitu??


NONETHELESS being body conscious like I always have been, WILL definitely try to loose back my weight.  Will start my secret weapon back - LACTOLITE and we'll see how it goes.  WILL UPDATE ON MY WEIGHT NEXT MONTH OK.
