When you are under stress

Face it, working with people, be it in corporate world or in government sector, you cant really run away from being stressed out.  "No, I am not stress!!"..yeah right!

Well I got this from my friend Nurul from her blog (www.nurulashizu.blogspot.com) and I find it cute, funny and.. suffice to say that it worked for me, Try it out.

Step 1
Taichi style… as a warming up process..

release stress on the shoulder
STEP 3
wa..wa..aaa

copy this..move the left and then move the right..
STEP 5
Now change direction, move to the left and move to the right
STEP 6
Knock your head hard..this is when you are so sleepy.
STEP 7
Then move you hand and body freely..lalalala
STEP 8
then start shaking your legs and body… follow me…
STEP 9
now do it aggressively..care less on what people might say..
STEP 10
Release the stress to the sky...haiyakkkk

...hands on your hips and move front back..
STEP 13
Finally..groovey..…
