My experience on the traditional massage

Yesterday as posted in my FB, I took a leave and went for a massage. Not from a spa..meaning not an AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE.. like this

Mana taknya injuries masa zaman hoki dulu (back in 1994-1995) ada good 18 years gak tu.  Ingat kan betis keras muscle la..rupanya urat bengkak da....Baru pegang sket aku dah menjerit macam hapa...Macam bersilat pun ada tahan sakit. Rasa dia macam kena toreh pisau..tajam gile..But I guess I just have to endure the pain to make it better..Bak kata Kak Zan, ni takkan hilang dengan sekali urut...WHAT?? SERIOUS?? huhu macam phobia pun ada nak urut lagi...tapi apa kan daya kata nak sihat.. siapa suruh biar je dulu..skang amik kot angin dah masuk.  So next week kena urut lagi..(duk dak duk dak je rasa)

Dia kata nnti urutan keempat ke lima, bile dah lembut barulah rasa sedap je urut.. tapi buat sementara ni bertahan la ye...YIKES!!

 NAK NANGIS JE RASA....

But other than that, according to her my rahim is high, perut and usus baik..I thank Allah for the health and also PREMIUM BEAUTIFUL CORSET.. coz I do think that it somehow has helped in shrinking the womb properly, improve my digestion and detox my body in general..
