Last weekend I pergi open house..Happy sangat bile suma org ckp "wow, kuruihnya hang!!" (kurusnya awak ni) :-) Apa lagi thank you PB...

Ni nak share the following FAQ about PB


Amongst the questions asked when I told them I wear PB:

Q: tak rasa senak ke??
A: My answer is yes and no.  Yes if you pakai nipper to ketat sangat.. like my previous experience if you have wrong size of pb set.  No if the set you are wearing is ideal or just right for you.  Seperti apa yang I rasa skarang. BEST

Q: Tak leceh ke?
A:  Honestly yes.  Tp to be beautiful and look good, you need to compromise la sket...leceh yang macamana??, bangun awal sket utk pakai pb and malam basuh pb..tak susah sangat pun sebenarnya, coz every night masa mandi pun you wash your undies by hand pun kan?? About ketat, kena bersilat pakai bagai tu biasanya for the first 1-2 weeks je, then you will get used to it and wont feel it as a burden pun.. MALAH KALAU TAK PAKAI RASA TAK BEST..after that 2 weeks..

Q: Betul ke boleh kurus?
A:  I have experience it mysellf, a friend of mine pun dah..kalu nk baca go to http://nurulashizu.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html.  She lost 4kgs in 2weeks.  Ada customer lost 2kgs in 2 weeks.. Yang penting pakai.

Q:  I dah kurus, tak perlu PB.
A : Well I dont necessarily think so.  As of now, I have achieved my ideal weight.  Still wear it to maintain & to betulkan posture..Seriously, I pakai PB duduk depan komputer to do my PhD pun tegak je.  Malam2 hilang lenguh and sakit bahu..alhamdulillah, takde dah pakai YOKOYOKO every night..bau nak tido pun wangi je kalu tak busuk yokoyoko..sian hubby..

Lagipun PB dapat bantu those yg ada sakit pinggang and slip disc..
